| The Gulfstream G550 is a business jet aircraft produced by General Dynamics' Gulfstream Aerospace unit. It is a variant of the Gulfstream V. The Gulfstream 550 has the longest flight range in its class. The G550 is equipped with the Gulfstream PlaneView cockpit, the most advanced flight deck in business aviation. The cockpit is brimming with Gulfstream's latest avionics achievements: the first fully synchronous triple Flight Management System (FMS), the Gulfstream Signature Cursor Control Device (CCD), which improves the way that pilots interact with the PlaneView avionics; and an Enhanced Vision System (EVS), which is an infrared camera that This aircraft may be distinguished from the legacy Gulfstream V by a seventh passenger window on both sides of the aircraft, and by the square outflow valve on the aircraft right side as compared to the circular one on the GV.
