A requirement to replace in the ELT but considering its 4 small batteries that could be replaced in the holder with a little work by just about anyone its way over priced in my opinion.

As discussed with customer service, this wasnt shipped properly. I asked it to be shipped overnight express only if it could be delivered to me on Saturday. If this wasnt the case ship on normal shipping which I would receive the following week. I ended up paying for overnight shipping only to receive the package the following week. Your answer was overnight shipping is only on business days. Shipped on Friday and not delivered on Saturday, which would be overnight. So why was it shipped overnight?

I canâ??t give this a higher rating because it is only used in an emergency. It is required in my ELT which is only used in an emergency.

The first battery I received did not work. The voltage was only 8 volts, while the old battery I was removing had 9.5 volts. The new battery did not have enough power to put out a signal on the ELT. It was removed and the old battery put back in. This is the first time in 20 batteries that I have had a problem with the battery. A new battery was sent and worked fine and the bad battery was returned. I noticed the batteries in the new units are Chinese Duracell batteries rather than U.S. batteries.

Price for what you get, seems overpriced. Replacement battery had same voltage as the one I replaced, Manufacture date July 2020, sticker date NOV. I question the need for a two year replacement date. But I also know that is FAA
