Very nice unit with good function, good looks, easy to use and easy to install. I replaced an analog clock with this digital clock, timer, g-meter and am very pleased. Current draw is extremely low so no concern about battery drain over long periods of inactivity.

A VFR plane needs to tell time. Since my plane does not have IFR capability this makes it great to tell time and have outside air temperature while one flies. My wife is constantly saying what time is it now I can show her in ZULU time.

Perfect replacement for a crusty old Cessna analog clock. Nice to have a clock that is always accurate and the timer is simple to use for IFR ops.

Ive had one installed for the past year as a replacement clock in my Bonanzas panel 2 cutout. Its the first thing I look at when I enter the airplane, checking the voltage of the battery before the master is turned on. It is perhaps the best value of anything in my panel. The burnt orange background illumination when power is applied is perfect, even at night. Its the dimmest thing in the panel at night and is perfectly clear. The one thing that Id suggest to the manufacturer as an improvement would be a legend as to the function currently selected, but thats just a nit being picked.

Perfect for the application

We replaced the old inop. Cessna clocks in three of our planes with this. It is listed as a G Meter but it does so much more and it is more than $300 less expensive than a new Cessna clock. Seems to work great so far, long term reliability is to-be-determined.

Have not used it but it looks like it will do all that I need and more.

Excellent replacement for my Cessna 172M quartz clock. Volt meter is a nice feature to monitor the alternator output. I would certainly recommend this clock to anyone having clock issues. A straight forward install just a couple of additional wires to add for the voltmeter and back lighting.

I needed to replace my existing OAT and discovered the Flight Data Systems GT-50. I already have their fuel flow gage and am extremely pleased with it. This is an amazing instrument with 6 functions- clock, timer, auto flight timer, g meter, OAT, and volt meter. It was easy to install the OAT sensor with an 1/8 rubber grommet in my existing sensor hole. Works beautifully. Cant believe it is so inexpensive!

Great clock and easy to use. Installation is simple but you need a inline fuse holder for the wire from the main buss and a 1/2 amp fuse for the light feature.

Love it! Its nice to have a no-nonsense voltmeter/clock/flight-timer permanently and legally installed in the panel. With a generator instead of an alternator, its especially important to monitor voltage. My cigarette plug voltmeter looked cheesy. I also wanted a better clock/timer. This listing is sort of buried here on Spruce, but I heard about it on a flying forum and tracked it down. Install was easy and it looks great now that its in there. Works perfectly, too.

Installed in my 1965 Citabria as a G meter, but replaced the existing clock. I havent really tested the G meter much, but having the clock, timer, and volt meter is nice. The price cant be beat.

Maybe a little early for a review as I have only flown once. My old g-meter in the Pitts was way off in the negative. The GT-50 was a lightweight alternative. The space was so limited by the proximity to the tank that I had to dremel out the old meter. The GT-50 is super-thin and easily fit in the spot. I have a battery only but the amp draw is so tiny that I have it wired hot with the backlight wired to the switch. Voltmeter is very handy with this arrangement. Tested to +6 and -2 and it appears to be spot-on.

Works very well, easy to install clear instruction. You have to remember what the meaning of each number because there are no units on the screen, but it is not too confusing.

This works just as expected. Knocking off 1 star, because it came with no template, and as a result, my brand new panel has one ugly install as a result. My screw holes were off slightly, and had to be enlarged, requiring some large fender washers to hide. All instruments, should come with a template.

Installed and really like it so far I havent had a chance to fly with it yet so cant give it 5 stars in good conscience.but it arrived quickly and installation was straight forward.
