I used this float to replace an old cork float that had failed in a 1923 Buick. The gauge now works perfectly and the replacement was straightforward. In addition, the cost for the part plus postage was very reasonable and the delivery time was great!

I have an 1986 Donzi boat, and the gas gauge wouldnâ??t budge from â??emptyâ?Â. I removed the sending unit, and it was perfect except for the cork float, it was saturated, Ethanol induced I surmise. I called every boat place in the Country! Iâ??d have to buy a new sending unit, @ $80! I was referred to A.S. By Rochester Gauges. Yes, Aircraft Spruce had it, in Nitrile Rubber, for $3.30!
