My first order of these bulbs the glue for the green light was not sufficient to hold the glass secure to the base. When I inserted an began to turn to lock into place the glass portion broke away from the base.

A perfect replacement for the standard bulb. We installed the Uavionix ADS-B tail beacon. Since the nav lights have to be on, we went with the led lights to prevent burn out early of the standard bulbs. They are bright and much less heat than experienced with the standard bulb.

I wanted to love these LEDs. They are super bright and we purchased clear lenses to go with them. The problem with them was that it made a horrible static noise on our GTN 650 and made the kx-155 unusable. We had the avionics shop troubleshoot it. As soon as we put the halogens back in the issue stopped.

These lights installed easily and are much brighter than the incandescent bulbs they replaced. Since the nav lights need to be on all the time now due to a TailBeacon ADS-B install, these should give the reliability I need.

Great, easy install, shipping was quick. No noticeable rf noise. Love the low amp draw as always on now due to ads-b tailbeacon.

Had to buy both Green and Red to just get Green . I only needed Green because I have a Skybeacon on left wing that has a Red light .

These bulbs are junk! I put them in my RV6A and when you turn the Nav lights on the radio breaks the squelch and there is RF noise. The radio is a KLX135A. I also put another set in my Cessna 182 and the same thing happened. Those radios are a KX165 and KX155. DO NOT BUY! They make serious RF interference!

The product looks great, but unfortunately for me, the bulbs created a lot of radio static. I have a Cessna 182E model and my mechanic says that it typically happens on older plane with the cheaper LED bulbs.

5 stars, and I hope I have not overrated. The went in easily, are bright as heck, and look really good. But, I have only had them in for a few hours, so I cant speak to longevity. If they last a good while, excellent, if they dont, Im not sure I can edit this review. But, for the price, I would say its worth giving them a try.

They work great, however cause massive RFI when switched on. I have to turn the squelch all the way down on the radio in my Cessna. I will try clip on ferrite chokes on the wiring closest to the bulbs to see if it that eliminates the electromagnetic interference. If not, Iâ??ll put the old bulbs back in.
