Installed this through a 1/2 hole instead of recommended 33/64 hole, simply because I did not have a 33/64 drill bit. I was still able to insert this fitting into a plastic tank, using a small amount of Fuel Lube lubricant, and a small screwdriver to push the edges of the bushing into place. Have not flown the aircraft or pressure tested this bushing, but it seems to be very snug and resistant to movement after the fuel flow elbow was inserted. I highly recommend using the Fuel Lube to install this rubber bushing, helps create a seal and lubricates the parts during the assembly process.

Still the easiest way to add a fuel outlet to a tank. The 33/64th drillbit is a tad hard to find, but these grommets work well and last many years.
