I have used Purple Polish for several years on stainless steal exhaust plates which get coated with exhaust stains. It was a lot of work to clean them up even using a buffer. But this deoxidizer is amazing and quickly removes the stains even by hand. This is saving a bunch of time, love this stuff!

Just wipe on before using the Purple Metal Polish. Removes all the oxidation and makes the polishing a breeze.

All due respect, but for â??oxidizedâ? BMW aluminum anodized trim (2012 335is), it does absolutely nothing. There is no magic answer for BMWâ??s poor coatings engineering.

Fantastic. Iâ??ve had a couple polished airplanes over the years, we are currently trying to work on an old 172 which is stripped but never really got polished out. We do need to be mothers products extensively, both with a buffer in by hand. We thought we were getting good progress using the orbital buffer with the mag and aluminum polish, but I tried this brand last week also using a small orbital polisher, and it is like a flipping mirror now! Definitely do it the way they say, get the green stuff, wipe it on there and let it dry, then come back with the purple.

after trial and error i found out that you cant let the stuff dry before you take the stuff off and thats after you use the purple metal polish with it. this stuff does work great i used it on my harley and it brought everything to a great shine i will tell everyone about this stuff i love it

Needed something to take off the oxidation from my Harley-Davidsons. 1 bike has natural (not chromed) aluminum motor covers. When it was new they looked great. Now after 5 yrs of riding all kinds of weather, not so good. If you follow the instructions on the containers, this 2 step process works great. Motorcycle looking great again.

Excellent product! We purchased a used and very weathered checker-plate, stainless steel tool box for CHEAP! The Aluminum Deoxidizer took care of the weathering, but quick, with little effort. Then the Purple Polish brought the original lustre back to the tool box! So GREAT! Thanks!

I used it with both the Purple polish and other brands and it definitely gave them an extra kick. Instructions say to let product dry but after experimenting I found better results applying polish while still wet. Otherwise its a 5 star product.

Stuff is Magic..... used with its sister product the California Customs polish. My bare aluminum wings were a disgrace. Without the use of any electric buffer, it brought out a shine that I couldnt believe.
