Overview

This sub-miniature push button switch, with one-piece bushing and case construction, and hex nut. It has a relatively high current carrying capacity (3 amps at 125V AC) and a life expectancy of 10,000 operations at rated current. Momentary type SPDT switch, ideal for use as a mike switch on control wheel. Furnished with . 205" dia. black push button. Body is .348" dia. x 1.125" long. Mounts in 1/4" dia. hole.

Please note: Switch is momentary but has a hard-press for function.

Robert 06.11.2018	This is a real switch! It feels awesome and it is a snap switch. This means that with only a little pressure, the switch snaps closed and you dont need to mash it down to force contact. It feels amazing! Best addition.

Lyle F 30.09.2017	Replaced previously installed cheap($3.75) switch. It is slightly longer than the standard switch so is a little harder to install. Seems to work OK, time will tell. Price is much less than Cessna 1985-1 switch, $17.85 vs approx. $300.
Alex H 22.06.2017	Great push to talk switch with excellent tactile feel. Has a nice detent when the switch is fully depressed. Note that there are 3 terminal legs so you can configure it to push to close the circuit (most cases) or push to open depending on which leads you use.

Rob F 08.09.2020	This is a great switch as it pushes either to open circuit or closed circuit. I use then for things like push to talk, auto pilot disconnect and TOGA (take off and go around) . I love the small size and tactile feel when pushing. The only reason i didnt give the review 5 stars is that with one exception, in all of the switches i use/have used the little back hat on the top of the switch eventually falls off.
